About

Built because most audits
never get acted on

PrimeAuditAI came out of consulting work at PrimeCode Studio in Niš. The pattern repeated on every engagement: a thorough audit would land as a PDF, the client would agree with it, and then very little would happen. The findings were not wrong — they just were not specific enough for anyone to start work on Monday.

The gap was never analysis. It was the distance between “your CTA is weak” and a task a designer can pick up. Someone still had to decide what kind of work it was, who needed to touch it, what done looked like, and whether it was worth doing before the other nine things on the list.

That translation work took longer than the audit itself, and it was the part that got skipped when a project ran late. So the tool was built around it: findings that carry their own reasoning, recommendations scored on three separate axes, and approved work that arrives with the specs its scope actually calls for.

The AI drafts. It does not decide. Every finding can be approved, edited, merged, or thrown out, and the original draft is kept alongside whatever replaced it — so six months later it is still clear what was recommended and what was changed.

How we think about it

Four rules the tool follows

Evidence before certainty

A finding says what was visible on the page, what that might mean, and what is still unknown. Those three are never blended into one confident sentence.

The smallest change that could work

A full redesign is the last answer, not the first. If moving three elements might fix the problem, that is what gets recommended.

The operator decides

AI output is a draft. Nothing reaches a client until a person has approved, edited, or rewritten it.

No invented numbers

Screenshots cannot support an uplift percentage. Where proof is missing, the analysis says so and names the data that would settle it.
